The Leadership Institute and Congress will be held at Hilton Resort & Spa. We strongly recommend that you secure accommodation at this all-inclusive property (all meals are included in the accommodation cost).
Persons selecting to seek accommodation elsewhere, will be required to:
- Find their own transportation to and from their hotel to the Hilton Resort & Spa
- Pay for a day pass to access the Hilton Resort & Spa at a cost of US$90 or US$110 with breakfast.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time at Hotel is 3:00 PM local time. Hotel will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate early arrivals. Check-out time is 11:00 AM local time. Group attendees staying in their rooms beyond the check-out time without Hotel authorization will be charged for an additional night stay at
contracted Guest Room Rate.

Discounted Registration for WFCP Congress 2024 Activities
Discounted registration will be extended to all 2024 Award of Excellence Finalists and institutions/organizations registering three (3) or more persons. This discount does not apply to the accommodation rates.
2024 Award of Excellence Finalists will have access to the Early Bird registration fee.
US$75 (each) will be discounted from registration (only) with three (3) persons from the same institution/organization.
US$125 (each) will be discounted from registration (only) with four (4) or more persons from the same institution/organization.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy for WFCP Congress 2024 (inclusive of Leadership Institute, Youth Congress, Congress).
Attendees must notify via email (wfcp2024@cccj.edu.jm) of the intent to cancel their registration for any event by 2024 August 1.
Refund Policy
To receive a 75% refund on registration fee and accommodation, the notification must be sent via email by 2024 June 15.
To receive 50% of the registration fee ONLY, the notification must be sent via email by 2024 August 1.
Exceptions
In cases of extenuating circumstances eg medical emergencies, or travel restrictions a refund may be considered after August 1. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
