Job Purpose
The Administrator provides secretarial and administrative support primarily to the Assessment and Examinations Services but also assists with support for other Departments.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
• Administrative and general support provided
• Client queries addressed
• Customer service provided
• Documents typed
• Data entered
• Filing system maintained
• Information provided
• Office equipment and supplies maintained
• Reports issued
• Schedules created and maintained
Minimum Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field
• At least three (3) year’s related working experience with Secretarial qualification

• Working knowledge of CCCJ operations and education management
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as listening skills
• Excellent human relations/interpersonal skills, with high cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to establish friendly and professional rapport with a wide range of stakeholders, including Council/BoD members, organizational and individual members, senior levels of government, corporate partners, and members of the public
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize administrative tasks and systems, including managing competing tasks rapidly and ensuring deadlines are met under pressure.
Special Conditions Associated with the Job
• Normal indoor office environment.
• The incumbent must deal with a wide variety of people on various issues. There are also a number of deadlines associated with this position, which may cause significant stress.
REMUNERATION
Salary scale: $ 2,803,771.00 per annum. Application,
